Refund policy

At LeatherStone, we stand behind our quality. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple 3-day return policy.

Eligibility

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned with all tags intact.

Proof of purchase is required for all return requests.

How to Return

Email us at leatherstonefragrance@gmail.com for approval.

Once approved, send the item to:
House 396, J-Block, Shah Rukn-e-Alam, Multan.

Note: Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, opened, used, damaged, or incomplete items cannot be returned.
